About the event
How to Prepare:
- Set up your space as described below.
- Arrive 10 minutes early.
- Wear comfortable clothes, like sweatpants, pajamas, or leggings and a t-shirt.
- Come ready to relax, release all stress and tension, and to receive deeply.
After the Welcome, you will lay down on your back:
- on a yoga mat
- under a blanket
- a pillow under your head
- an eye pillow over your eyes
- and a bolster under your knees, if desired
- all to deepen relaxation
What to Expect:
- The lights will be low.
- Soft, relaxing music may be playing in the background.
- I will guide you into a state of deep peace and relaxation using my voice and energy.
- You will emerge feeling refreshed, renewed and ready to begin your weekend from a space of grounded BLISS!
